Crack but no start

I have a Ford Explorer 2002 XLS, it will crank but
not turn over I have replaced the coil pack wires
plugs. It's acting like it wants to start for a few
seconds and then stalls out and then we'll then just
cranks.

Try spraying some starting fluid in the throttle body to see if it fires off. This would indicate a fuel issue if it fires off. Then fuel pressure would need to be checked. Possible fuel pump. Still could be electrical tho, see if you have a nice white, blueish spark.
