Won't start no power but battery saying it's 100%

When try to start car it does nothing it only
makes one clicking like sound but doesn't try
start. There no power ro anything at all.
Tried to boost it off and still wouldnt turn
over or anything just made that click sound.
Hooked it up to battery charger and it says
my battery is at 100%  but nothing works  no
lights or power windows locks ect....

Check the battery with a meter, should read a little over 12 volts. Remove the battery cables and clean the two terminals with a wire brush. Do the same inside the two battery cable connections. Then try to start.
