Anything worth doing to repair broken rear panel under window?

if you talking about the plastic panel inside, you can get one out of a salvage yard & replace it.

Thanks, but no it is the exterior panel directly below the rear window. From what i've heard it is a constant problme with this model yr Explorer. I had heard that people foound very little success in repairing this and figured there had to be someone out there that had figured out a way to resolve the problem.
