You may have a leak in your intake, with the motor running and your hood up pull your throttle cable and try to pinpoint the whistle, you may just have something in your intake.
The other cause could be leak in the exhaust. If the muffler or cat is restricted, it can cause whistling through a weak spot. Muffler shops often check it out for free
