I uave an 06 4.0 explorer cant find engine anywhere
i seen a guy say he used a mustang engine which
is a better engine on his explorer can i do this with
my 06 if so what year and size of mustang engine
do i use?

Ford will sell you the proper reman engine for your vehicle at a cost of about 3500 bucks. Guaranteed for some ridiculous mileage like 100K and 5 years. Installation is extra.
