2001 Ford Explorer Sport

So one day my fog lamps go out I have checked all the fuses I have even replace the switch on the dash and it has not solve the problem none of my wire is appeared to be damaged does anybody have any suggestions. Especially since they just rejected my inspection because of it

bulbs possibly? if you can get to the plug connector unplug it and test with a multimeter to see if you are getting voltage when you turn them on. if you are then it is the light itself, if not then the problem is somewhere else. if the fuses and relays are good check wiring.
