1993 Thunderbird v6 3.8 firing order

Asked by wild_wheels Jul 10, 2007 at 12:22 AM about the 1993 Ford Thunderbird LX RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am looking for the firing order and positions of the cylinders.
This engine has a distributor and everything i find tells me it shouldn't have one.
I replaced the drivers side head but messed up the plug wires.

Thanks for your time.

i own the same car just change the plug wires yesterday they still had the plugs wires from when the car was made over 14 years ago i freak when i saw it cause no one bother to change the wires in 14 years anyway ford had the wires marked the firing order is as follows 123456 123 being on the pass side and 456 on driver side facing the car so on driver plug 4 would be the first plug wire etc. also yes your car should have a distributor as i have one to hope this was of help to you
