Will not get cold, as it should.
Compressor, lines, freon 100%, all
good. But just will not get cold

A/C fan clutch on a front wheel drive car that does not have a fan driven by the engine? Really? The pressures need to be checked and this needs to be done by a qualified technician. Also the blend door could have an issue.
