The check engine light is on, what code(s) are you getting? Check for corrosion or loose battery terminal.

Manual transmission or automatic? When you turn the key, do all the dash light go off? Is there a clicking sound? Attempt to start with the headlights on... do they dim at all? I'm trying to establish the likelihood of it being a battery, fuse, relay or ignition switch. It can even be a neutral safety switch (transmission).

It's an automatic and the light stays on when key is turned on, but when I go to crank it,no starter or power,no turning over.i haven't been able to start it to take it to get the code checked

Also,I don't know if the headlights dim yet but the check engine light and rest of the dash flicker when I move the key to start it

The battery is too weak! Jump start that car with cables, then drive it for 20 minutes. If it doesn't start back up easily, replace the battery. Those things only last like 4 years usually.

After all the things I've read with the 2016 se focus (ffv ) no matter what year it seems that the more features the more problems. Seems the electronic systems are not ford tough but I cant afford to replace issues so I dig and dig until I get fed up or relize I've been doing more than I should have but my find was that if I shake the fuse box or press down on the white base board in the fuse box, then what ever my issue has been would come in and out until I relized there was a sweet spot to get my system back in order so it would tell me not only the obvious (which absolutely there is electric power error somewhere some how) but that I didnt need to listen to my every car light that comes on until I get the source of the source fixed as follows then I will trust my car to say low oil or service engine ect.... Summary: tinker with the fuse box with moderate care and see if it works or if it does anything at all . IF U HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M SAYING DON'T TRY THIS AND IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN BUT IT STILL DOESNT SHOW ANY LUCK AT IMPROVING NOTE I AM NOT A CERTIFIED MECHANIC AND YOU SHOULD TAKE THE CAR TO BE PROFESSIONALLY CHECKED USE CAUTION WHEN FOLLOWING YOUR OWN CURIOSITY ITLL HAVE YOU WALKING
