02 Ford focus fuel pump is not getting power

Asked by Cody Nov 26, 2018 at 10:16 PM about the 2002 Ford Focus SE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My Ford focus died last week and I tested for spark from
the plug wires and was getting spark. Determined that it
wasn't starting because it wasn't getting fuel and replaced
the pump, filter, and the fuel pump fuse and the pump still
won't come on. Replaced the fuel pump driver module and
still isn't getting power.

Did you check the fuel cut off switch? There's a reset button on the top. I think it's mounted behind a panel in the rear.

The inertia cut off switch in the passenger front kick panel? I did check that. Seems to be working properly I intend to check for power going to it tomorrow
