Overheating after the serpentine started getting npisyi

It depends if the serpentine belt drives the water pump, or the timing belt. Sounds like the belt is worn out and slipping. You may want to replace the belt tensioner also. Make sure the radiator fan is coming on also, this must operate correctly for proper cooling.

Tks, the vdan comes on the belt starts squealing, for awhile
Well, the belt is slipping, and depending on what motor is in there it would drive the water pump that circulates the coolant in the engine block to keep it cool. Replace the belt tensioner and the belt.
