my 2002 ford taurus died while i was driving. there is power everywhere but not even a click when you try to start it. my mechanic said it had an after-market security system installed, but he has since removed. he thinks that either one of the security systems shorted out and is keeping the car from starting, or it shorted some computer components out as well he has reached a dead end. any ideas or help\?? thank you.
