2002 Ford Taurus Instrument Cluster Lights

I have a 2002 Ford Taurus SES and since I've had the car on the road for 2
months I don't seem to have instrument cluster lights for example spedo,
tach, gas, etc. but I do have warning lights. They will work like once every
like 50 or more times I drive the car but they only work until the car is shutoff
and then they don't work anymore. I also don't know if it's supposed to do
this but my dimmer switch when I roll it all the way up it turns on my interior
lights. I have a picture of the lights working and I'm gonna post it here, the
check engine light isn't related I've already had that sorted out but I can't
figure out what's causing this lights issue. If anyone could help me that would
be amazing, Thank you!

You mentioned the dimmer switch turns the interior lights on when turned all the way up, that might be your issue, a faulty dimmer switch.

I replaced the switch and it doesn't seem to change anything. Is it possible that fuses could be broke and they don't appear broken?
