I have a 2002 Ford taurus with 52,00 miles on it. It feels like the transmission hesitates.

I know the transaxle fluid needs changing. Other than that. what would cause hesitation at lower speeds( 25 to 30) and at higher speeds(55 to 65). The hesitations are intermittent. The engine idles and runs good. I have replaced the pcv valve and the fuel filter.

Yes, mine is doing the same thing & check engine light is on
