Coding key for 2002 ford taurus

I lost my only key for my 2002
ford Taurus and a
mechanic/friend told me that if I  
purchased a key,ignition and
transponder box off a same make
and model car from a junkyard
that it would work. The anti theft
light is still blinking and my
vehicle will not start. If anyone
knows how to bypass this please
help!!

Ford or a qualified locksmith are the options. I would go to Ford before trusting most locksmiths with this task. Get a second key made while you are at it.
