How do I change out a PCM on 2005 ford tuarus

On the 05 Taurus you will need access to a diagnostic computer that can program the pcm and theft modules also. The pcm is a simple bolt in but if you do it and then try to take it to someone that can do the programming they will probably charge you more since they cant download any of the old modules info to transfer into the new one.
