my ac is blowing out hot air and the system has a full charge on it

You need to do some systematic troubleshooting. How do you know it has a full charge? Did you have pressure gauges attached to the system? Does the A/C compressor clutch engage when your turn on the air (when the engine is running?) You should notice a slight drop in engine RPM at idle. If the clutch is not engaging, could be a fuse, the switch, or problem could be the control panel.
