Side door is jammed shut

From the inside push it and from the outside pull it will help unjam the sliding door. In my case it happend notice in the middle sliding rail do the door the welding broke making the sliding door fall a bit and getting always jam or stuck with a simple 90degree profile aluminum screwed under the rail helped maintain it in place.
