Car don't start

06 Honda Civic ex doesn't start, no cranking no
start ,and  the oil  and battery lights are on.. can
someone please help me out what's going on?

I had a 2009 Ford Focus that had the same issue. The water pump went out. Costly repair.

Water pump has nothing to do with it not starting unless it overheated before you stopped it the last time. Check battery voltage, should read minimum 12.4vdc. Check battery cables for corrosion and make sure they're tight. If everything checkout good, check signal going to starter solenoid
