do you have to take the crank pulley off then the harmonic balancer or do they come off together?

The crank pulley comes off first then the harmonic balancer and when putting them back on the harmonic balancer goes on first then the crank pulley as shown here: http://www.diynetwork.com/diy/ab_auto_cooling_system/article/0,2021,DIY_13676_2277766,00.html

the crank pulley comes off first and then the harmonic balancer you will prob have to have a specialty to to remove the harmonic balancer
