92 Ford explorer cranks but won't start

Have a 92 Ford explorer... Was at stop light then
went to go and car just shuts off....  Changed fule
pump spark plugs and alternator.... Car cranks but
won't start.... Any suggestions please??

I suggest you stop throwing parts at the problem. Gets expensive fast. Surf the net on how to check the coil with a multi-meter. Then check to make sure spark is getting to the plugs. It is a process of elimination to find the fault in spark, fuel, and air. A multi-meter and HEI spark detector can both be had for less than thirty bucks.

Had the same situation on my 1993 Ford Explorer. Turned out to be the timing belt.
