why does the steering wheel shake all the time in my 1994 LeBaron??

Could be a few thing,s,bad tire,tire out of balance,or loose front end tie rods,or even a bad cv axel,go have it checked.

This is actually my daughters car. Is this year fwd?

I once had a LeBaron with a constant front shaking which got worse when applying the brakes. After checking wheels, tires, balance, alignment, suspension and steering components and much frustration, I come to find out it was front calipers and brake rotors. I would never have guessed that, but the shaking did quit when they were replaced. Could be a possibility if all else checks ok.
