new coolant but it continues to over heat,
the cooling fan isn't kicking on going to
pick a part to try and locate one, anything
other ideas or suggestions on what it may

If fan not turning on I would start there. It should come on when engine temp rises and should also come on when car is idling with ac on. Check for voltage at fan motor when you are idling and the ac is on. If there is voltage replace fan motor if no voltage check fuses and relays for it.
