Have you changed or tested your ignition relay or starter relay? If relays are good, try a new starter. Your ignition switch could also be bad. Did you change that out with your new wiring?

I work for dodge and a couple of times have seen the cable harness go bad, when you say it doesn't turn on do you mean it doesn't start or just clicks or has no electrical at all.

Turn your key to the ON position and hold it like you're trying to start the car. Have someone rap on the starter with a hammer while you are holding the key. If the car suddenly turns over, then your starter is bad and needs to be replaced.
