My 03 PT Cruiser is not blowing cold. Bought it used and they had just put a brand new radiator in the day before. Said the guy mechanic may not have hooked something back up as it was fine before.

Everything else is fine, no overhheating, fan works, fuses fine, etc...

Radiator cools off engine, your compressor produces a/c. You may be low on freon, thus your a/c won't work. If you know where compressor is you can check to see if it turns on or off as you engage the switch in cab. Start there.
