My pt cruiser is getting hot what to do

I have a 2003 pt cruiser it was getting hot first thing I did was replace
thermostat, then radiator, cap, and last the fan after I replaced the fan it is
leaking coolant out on the ground as soon as I put it in confused and frustrated
