My 2004 2.4L DOHC PT Cruiser non turbo

I replaced the timing belt on my 2004 2.4L DOHC PT Cruiser when I got done it run good but idled rough , died when I stopped , found that I was off 2 notchs on cam sprocket timing marks. took back apart and reset timing. The car run great but a little rough idle after about 60miles the battery light came on ,then the engine    light. I checked alt then shut car off and checked battery, alt was at 14 volts and batt 13.5, when I tried to start it back would not roll over with key, checked further and noticed that fuel pump also not working ,I pulled relays for both stater and pump put in a jumper and it would roll over also pump but will not start. found some wires in found some damaged wires in fuse panel under hood repaired them still wont start and if I take out the jumpers key and pump stop working again. .I can roll it over at stater with screw driver can any body help.
