All the fluid drained out of the radiator while setting in the garage. Any ideas why?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My husband turned the car on and off this morning to check mileage When
we went back to the garage all the radiator fluid and plastic top up tank were
completely empty.  The car was driven locally on Thursday and is regularly
maintained with oil changes and checks.  Any help appreciated. We're not
mechanically minded.

Thanks for your advice. The fluid was just on the floor, then we checked under the hood and both fluid reservoir and the radiator was completely dry. We won't drive it until we have someone help us get it fixed up.

Clean up the fluids asap... not to state the obvious but if a cat or animal licks that stuff up, it's a death sentence. Thanks.
