Try replacing the radiator . Was the head gasket changed by a mechanic Were the head bolt holes cleaned with a tap or thread chaser as the assure a good & accurate torque ??
Best of my knowledge when the car was purchased at 70,000 miles the head gasket was replaced because it was the only thing wrong at the time then it started to overheat and we gradually started replacing Parts like the cooling fan because it was not coming on then it was working fine after we replaced it then we replaced the radiator thinking it over might be a clog in it but there wasn't then I replaced the thermostat the only thing left is either the water pump timing assembly or the head is Warped itself but I have not seen any evidence of liquid in the oil
