I have white smoke coming from the vents
and exhaust what is the problem and it over
heats

What vents? White smoke usually means there's coolant getting into the combustion chamber. Perform cylinder leak down test to see where the leak is

Many people have said that but they change their minds after I tell them there is no sign of water in the oil

There isn't always coolant in the oil when a head gasket goes out , it actually depends on where the gasket breaks. Have someone do a cylinder leak down test to find out
