Need to know if it does have fire, what the fuel pressure is and the fuel quality. pull one of the plug wires off of a plug, use an old plug grounded to the engine and watch for spark while cranking to check for spark if you don't have the proper tools. You can also spray starting fluid into the intake while trying to start it. If it runs with ether that means you have spark and no combustible fuel.
I have spark and psi is at 45 and think I'm running 90 octane
Which engine do you have? The question about fuel quality isn't the octane, by getting a fuel sample and testing it for water or other than gasoline content and combustibility you will be able to rule out having gotten bad gas or something other than fuel in the tank. If you can use ether to get to run even a little bit it would prove that the ignition system is working and that it has a fuel issue.
I found the problem it's my coil packs went out
Cool, glad you've isolated the problem and are able to get it repaired. It can get overly complicated at times but the basics, Fuel, Fire, Air never change.

A car or truck does not fix itself.you let it sit for 15 min and then she runs.what Happened did a goast fix something. No. You either have something running to hot.or gas drains back to tank.also put hand held computer on it.
