Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My fuel reservoir is leaking gas,  is there anywhere
that I can find a step by step how to? I am not a
mechanic...would I have to replace the whole
reservoir? Or just an o ring? Truck only has one
tank..Thanks

I f you're not a mechanic then you'll have to find one , one you can trust and if you don't like the price then they're probably who you should go with , do you have the tool for the ford fuel lines , can you dodge rust ?

Just get rid of the damn thing ! Ford will never admit it but this thing is just another one of their bad ideas It is NOT needed for the truck to perform well .Took mine off 13 years ago !

I think im gonna bypass mine .It is leaking as well .When i went downhill the truck died but when i let it sit for a few min it started back up .. then it gied later on at a stop sign.. i noticed the resivor can in hte frame was leakin a little gas, so im gonnna by pass this whole set up and use a n inline filter.I see no need what so ever for this weird setup
