Sounds like time for a fuel pump - You have to drop the gas tank to install

Any good reliable mechanic can diagnose your problem. Ask your friends or neighbors who they would trust. I have only taken or 2008 grand caravans to a dealer for recalls and on mine to replace the sliding door cable assembly because it had to be programmed properly. Any other work goes to my local mechanic. I know that you have money issues but having the vehicle shut off while you are driving will only lead to an accident and possible injuries .
