if you gonna drop the pan, about 5-5.5, change the filter and clean the magnet inside the oil pan

Do not flush! Buy 5 qts on a drop and refill. I believe they take ATF+4 fluid. I would measure what comes out so you have an idea what to put back in. Still do your level check when hot. This will get you into the cold range before starting and getting up to temperature.
