03 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.8l

Asked by GuruX99K3 Sep 28, 2018 at 08:01 PM about the 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an 03 Grand Caravan sport, 3.8l v-6. It has a
rough idle, surging and sometimes stalling. I have
changed the fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, cam
sensor, crank sensor, injectors and map sensor.
The only code that now shows up is on the dash as
p1684- battery disconnect or something about the
TCM. I have been having a problem with the idle
and running of the van for a few years and it has
just gotten worse here lately. I'm not a good
mechanic, more of a parts changer. Any help is
appreciated.
