2005 Dodge Grand Caravan

I changed both tail light bulbs on both sides (4 bulbs). The
reverse light works on both sides, The running light works
on the passenger side but not on the driver side. The brake
light works on the driver side but not on the passenger
side. The turn signal works on the driver side and not on
the passenger side. Is this a wiring issue? I changed the
bulbs because the driver side brake and turn signal didnt
work but the passenger side worked fine for everything.  
(Not to self dont change something that isn't broken)
