Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Van won't start. Sounds almost like it's out of gas.
Replaced the fuel pump. Replaced battery. It was
running fine. Shut it off for a little while went out to
go to work it wouldn't turn over to start. After
replacing new parts still the same problem.

Is the check engine light on? Plug into the ODB port and read the codes. Not starting is usually computer or cam or crank sensor related. Check for spark by removing or getting a spare spark plug, connect the spark plug wire and lay the plug against a clean or bare metal spot. Have someone crank the engine and look for spark at the electrode.
