2006 Dodge Grand Caravan sxt

My 2006 Dodge Caravan has a dead miss. O'Reilly's
hooked it up and it said low voltage#1 cylinder.
Also occupants restraint sensor was missing

Any suggestions? I believe it's a plug wire because the plugs And wires on front of motor look new and the one's in the back are a lot harder to get to are different and look a lot older and money is tight right now so want to spend as little as possible
