Manual windows vibrate

Drivers window shimmies like a booger when being cranked down but not up. It starts about 1/2 way. I've removed the panel and greased what I could reach with no change. Any tricks or ideas?

Spray the window guides with silicon spray, makes the glass slide nice in the guides on each side of the window.
