Fuel priblem

I have a 91 ford ranger it starts when it
wants to it will start and run 15 min later it
won't . I spray starting fluid in throttle body
and it starts but doesn't stay running so its
gotta be fuel . also when it is running you
can floor it and it takes off like your barely
pushing on it .knew fuel filter is on it .
