When trying to start it does the engine turn over or does it do nothing at all? If it does nothing at all there may be a problem with the electrical part of the ignition switch.

I have a new starter , solenoid and Connections to the battery. But it won't start , Can u help me ! I'm on disability and a very fixed income.
