How does the spark come from the ignition to the coil

I have no spark on the coil

There is a 12V supply wire to the coil that is live to energize the coil, the ECM will brake this circuit allowing the energized coil to release the spark to the designated cylinder. You can have the coil tested by a resistance check (ohmsΩ). I am not sure if Auto Zone does this or not but it can be tested.

the engine must be turning to get a spark .When you crank an engine it triggers a spark electronically .thats timed to fire the spark plugs
