I turn the key nothing happens no power to
anything and the battery is charged

Was the headlights working or the radio? If none those that I mentioned are not working if could be a ground wire or high ampere fuse are blown. If lights and radio are working most likely the problem is the stater. Try tap the starter with hammer including the solenoid then start the car. You should do this a few times if not success. If the car start you have found the problem. Replace the starter.
