I have an envoy denali at first it didn't want
to turn on at all so I replace the
starter. When I was turning it on it did a
noise and the key got stuck. So I replace the
ignition switch but it doesn't turn on.

Never just throw parts at it and hope for the best, it's never a good idea.
Since you replaced ignition switch. You will have to do a security relearn procedure. You'll need a scan tool to clear codes and a battery charger to maintain 12 volts or more. Its a 30 min process doing it manually. Recheck the starter installation. Make sure connections are clear of each other. Check starter fuse and relay. Since it stuck on you.

After checking power to ignition relay and checking grounds. Check power and ground to your engine control module. With a scan tool check if you can communicate with ECM and all other modules
