Confirm alternator is pushing power to the battery, do you have a battery gauge or voltmeter. See if there a voltage increase after it is running should be in the 14+volt range or just remove it, take to parts store, have load tested and battery too. Make sure all Terminal cables & terminal ends are good and no corrosion, check engine to frame grounds. & all fuses under hood and dash.
