Does it start right back up after shutting off ? i see you made a correction about singing when you brake but can you give me a better description of what it sounds like when you apply your brakes like a squalling or grinding? ?

When you come to a stop, you use less fuel and more vacuum pressure. Look under the hood and inspect all your air hoses. Especially check the air line to your fuel pressure regulator. Also, a clogging up fuel filter will really show when you come to a stop or idle.
