Wont shift into 3rd or overdrive

Of course you put the level right, as one must take the measurement with the engine running, if it is low, try to find a leak, fittings at the transmission cooler (at the base of the radiator) sweating out red, comprimizing the level and forcing the malfuntion. Your level is low and is causing all kinds of problems with your internals-
