95 GMC Sierra. Runs good cold. As soon as it warms up it starts trying to stall while driving and does stall when stopping.

Have to constantly bump start it when shifting down. Thank god it's a standard. Have
changed plugs,wires, cap and rotor. Tried running high test gas and have tried injector
cleaner.

Also replaced fuel filter. Still no change.
