crank but no start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

ok I need some help. My truck is sick and I can't
figure it out. In the morning time when I would go
try to start her I would have to spray starting fluid
in the air breather to get her to start and it was
throwing a code "rich bank 1 sensor 2. So I
replaced 02 sensor, fuel pump regulator,
crankshaft position sensor and cleaned the mas
air flow sensor. Then after that I would try to start
it and it would just click so replaced battery and
starter and now it won't start at all it cranks but no
start. But when I reinstalled the throttle body there
are 3 female plugs 2 of which goes to maf sensor
and a 3rd plug that has a orange wire and a black
wire that I can not figure out where it plugs into.
But I'm guessing it has something to do with the
fuel system or the ignition. I can't figure it out.
Anyone have any ideas????  my email is
