My transmission slips when it shifts

I have a 1997 gmc truck and when it shifts it
will slip any idea already replaced filter and
fluid

Is it the Transmission or the rear end. If your pumkin is liw on fluid, it msy be that. Also they need to be shifting in sync ( the engine and transmission ) theres a part that can go , cant recall what its name is.. But it helps to regulate your speed of the engine driving d oi wn the road.. Your mph so like at 15 mph, 25 mph etc... your tranny should shift and smooth at about that exact speed... Thats it.. lol. * Speed Sensor* I was having i cant remember that "thing-ah- mah-jig" that "whatcha-mah-call-it" Some of the older guys wl get that. After checking your fluids etc.. check your speed sensor. Good luck bud.
